The caboose features a  cozy retreat in an actual caboose in charming Downtown Damascus! 

For sleeping arrangements for up to six people, it's equipped with  one queen bed in private bedroom, and two Full RV sized fold out beds.  

The kitchen has full sized appliances including fridge, stove,  dishwasher, and microwave.  Also includes a washer/dryer combo.  Also in  this area is the dining table that converts into one of the RV sized  fold out beds.

The living area has a sofa (the other RV Full sized pull out bed), a  50" Television, and an electric fireplace to enjoy the ambience of  chilly nights.  Also included is karaoke, an xbox, and several board  games.

The bathroom has a walk in shower and bidet.

Bedroom has a queen size bed, and a 40" flat screen tv that remotely folds down from the ceiling for viewing.  

The deck on the back of the caboose spans the length of the caboose,  leaving room for a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, kayak, rocking  chairs, hot tub, and an auto projector screen to enjoy outdoor movie  nights.

There is a path to a gazebo with a hammock swing, as well as adirondack chairs and a propane fire pit to enjoy.

Shared space includes a volleyball area with led lights for night  play, a playhouse for little ones, a dog washing station, and an art  studio/greenhouse.

Nestled in downtown Damascus, with the Virginia Creeper Trail in the  front yard and the Little Laurel Creek in the back, it’s your ideal base  for exploring the beauty of the area. Relax and recharge!
